The people who own what they build.
The founders and executives behind XRISE, and the conviction that drives them: India should build and own artificial intelligence, not merely use what others build.

Aditya Singh Rana
Aditya Singh Rana is a B.Tech Computer Science engineer and a CISI-certified professional in Investment Operations, combining technical depth with financial discipline. He began his career at FIITJEE, shaping minds who today build at the frontier of global technology. He has since led a leading construction company in India, giving him command of large-scale operations, execution, and enterprise management.
This blend of engineering, education, finance, and industry left him with a defining conviction: India does not lack talent, it lacks ownership. He founded XRISE AI Systems to change this — building an ecosystem that places the power to create, own, and lead in Artificial Intelligence within Indian hands, positioning India at the centre of the AI age.

Pawan Rathore
Some leaders build companies. Pawan Rathore builds the systems beneath them. His career began where ambition meets hard soil — in real estate and infrastructure across one of India's toughest terrains. As Director of RKCPL, he carried the landmark Safa Valley project in Jammu from ground-breaking to completion.
His real education came from the ground: facing the systems most people only complain about, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the youth of Jammu & Kashmir.
XRISE AI Systems is his answer — engineering AI-driven solutions that make government processes smarter, while handing the region's youth an entrepreneurial mindset to build bigger things.

Dr. Simran Rana
Dr. Simran Rana, after completing her degree from Jammu University began her career in clinical healthcare, where years of treating patients shaped her commitment to precision, empathy, and evidence-based decision-making. On the front lines, she saw how many challenges could be solved more effectively through intelligent technology — supporting professionals, sharpening decisions, and making quality services more accessible.
That vision led her to found XRISE AI, building practical, ethical, and scalable AI solutions for healthcare, government, business, and public institutions. As Chief Executive Officer, she is committed to AI that augments human capability and drives lasting impact — because technology matters most when it improves people's lives.

Dinker Singh
A Software Engineer and AWS Certified Cloud Architect, Dinker has delivered full-stack web and mobile products, custom CRM platforms, and resilient cloud infrastructure. He brings that foundation to XRISE, leading the engineering behind its practical AI systems and the team that builds them.
About XRISE
We engineer secure, scalable AI across data intelligence, automation, and digital transformation, with information security and regulatory compliance built into every engagement.
A DPIIT-recognised company incorporated in Jammu & Kashmir and certified to international standards for quality, service management, and information security (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001), XRISE has chosen to begin its journey from Jammu on a simple belief: world-class capability can rise from any corner of India, and power industries across the world.
This is XRISE's contribution to the dream of a Viksit Bharat @2047, a developed India that, by the centenary of its independence, does not follow the technological age but leads it, and carries the whole world forward with it.
AI
Applied intelligence, put to work on real problems.
Technology
Secure, scalable systems built to international standards.
People
Kept at the centre of everything we build.
The reins of AI, in Indian hands.
For a generation, India's finest minds have built the world's technology, teaching machines to think in the laboratories of Microsoft and IBM and everywhere the frontier is drawn. Yet the tools we helped create returned to us not as makers but as buyers. We taught the machines, then stood in line to use them.
The age of AI is still young, and what is decided now, who builds, who owns, and who leads, will shape the next hundred years. XRISE exists to turn that genius homeward and build AI for ourselves, so the reins of artificial intelligence rest in Indian hands, not as a slogan but as an ecosystem.
Two pillars, one purpose.
One purpose runs through both: that India does not merely take part in the AI age but leads it. First, industry. We make AI the accelerator of every sector that moves an economy, from banking and finance to healthcare and manufacturing, so growth no longer crawls but compounds.
Second, people: we equip a generation with the AI skills that will define the jobs of the coming decade, making AI literacy the new floor of opportunity rather than the privilege of a few. Together, that is XRISE engineering AI for a Viksit Bharat, a developed India by 2047.
