As Chairman and Founder, Aditya — a Computer Science graduate with years of experience across technology, e-commerce, and services — leads a carefully assembled team of engineers, marketers, and AI specialists. His focus is the discipline behind every build: scoping tightly, shipping in iterations, and handing off code teams can actually use. His conviction is simple — great AI products live or die at the integration layer, and engineering quality is what separates real systems from demoware.

A Computer Science engineer and AWS Certified Cloud Architect, Dinker has spent years building production systems end to end — full-stack web and mobile apps, custom CRMs, video streaming platforms, and the cloud infrastructure behind them. His work sits at the intersection of solid engineering and real business operations, which is exactly the lens he brings to XRise AI: building practical AI systems that fit how teams actually work, ship on real timelines, and deliver outcomes leadership can measure.
