From feasibility to launch
An enterprise had an ambitious document-intelligence idea and no proof it would work. We ran a short feasibility study, designed a blueprint, then built and shipped the platform to production inside a single quarter.

The brief
The idea was ambitious and unproven: intelligence over a large, messy corpus of documents. Committing to a full build before knowing it would work was a risk the business could not take.
They needed evidence first, then a system — without the project stalling between the two.
The approach
We ran a short feasibility study that prototyped the genuinely hard parts and retired the risk early. That produced a system blueprint the whole organisation could align behind.
From there we built to production on a modern, maintainable stack — with security, access control, and SSO designed in from the first line rather than bolted on before launch.
The outcome
The platform reached production inside a single quarter, going from an unproven idea to a working system on a predictable path.
It is fully owned by the client — documented, handed over, and built for their team to extend without us.
