Selected work Case 03
OperationsMission Control

One operating picture

Leadership was making decisions from eight disconnected systems. We built a mission-control centre that consolidates them into one live command view — the single pane the organisation is now run from.

Mission control

The brief

The leadership team's operating data lived in eight different tools. Building a picture of the whole organisation meant stitching reports together by hand — always a step behind reality.

They wanted one live view: the current state of the organisation, in a form they could make decisions from.

The approach

We started from the decisions leadership actually makes, then piped live data from all eight domains into a single model behind them. The command view surfaces signal — not every table, only what changes a call.

Thresholds and alerts mean the room reacts to change as it happens, rather than discovering it in next week's report. Access is role-based, so each team sees the slice that is theirs.

The outcome

Eight domains now resolve to one pane, refreshed in real time. Meetings start from a shared, current picture instead of reconciling conflicting exports.

The centre has become the room the organisation is run from — the operating picture leadership checks first.
