Recovery, made measurable
A public revenue authority needed to recover leakage without lowering its standard of accountability. We built a success-aligned agentic system that surfaces leakage, prioritises cases, and logs every action in a defensible trail.
The brief
Revenue was leaking across a large, fragmented dataset that no team could review by hand. The authority needed to find and recover it — but in the public sector, every recommendation has to withstand scrutiny.
The system had to be as accountable as it was effective: no black boxes, no unexplained decisions.
The approach
We built an agentic layer over the authority's data that continuously surfaces likely leakage and prioritises cases by recoverable value. Officers work the queue the system builds, rather than hunting through spreadsheets.
Every recommendation carries its inputs and reasoning, and every action is logged in a tamper-evident trail. The system supports multiple languages so access is never the barrier.
The outcome
Leakage detection moved from periodic reviews to live monitoring, and officers spend their effort on the cases most worth pursuing.
Because every step is auditable, the authority can explain and defend any recommendation end to end — the difference between a tool that works and one a public body can actually deploy.
